Mortgage Loan Scams could be cause for class action lawsuit

Consumers are reporting that a major independent mortgage banker association is pre-approving home loans and then not funding the loan in the final stages of the process, causing monetary losses by the home buyers and realtors. Home buyers and realtors also report the bankers are then refusing to take phone calls after not funding loans.
