On-Line Auction Fraud

On-Line Auction fraud could be cause for class action lawsuit

There are increasing reports of merchandise liquidators misrepresenting merchandise sold on on-line auctions. Products are often represented with pictures of new or nearly new products, when clearly damaged or defective products are delivered to the customer. The liquidators fail to accurately represent the products they are selling and broken items are typically blamed on the shipper for the damages. The liquidators fail to answer requests from customers or take weeks and months to respond.

If the liquidators intentionally mislead the consumer, they could be subject to a class action lawsuit brought against them by consumers who have been monetarily damaged as a result of this problem.

If you are a consumer and have suffered monetary damages in conjunction with the problem and you wish to be a participant in a possible future class action lawsuit, please fill out the plaintiff form by clicking below.
