Misrepresented Vacation/Cruise Packages could be cause for class action lawsuit

Reports continue to come in regarding so called "All Inclusive" vacation / cruise packages that do not live up to the advertising. Consumers report, being charged extra for meals, beverages and car rentals, also, dirty, substandard rooms, bad food and bugs on ships commissioned over 50 years ago.

If these vacation packages are misleading, perhaps intentionally misleading, the resort owner or vacation package organizer could be subject to a class action lawsuit brought against them by those consumers who have purchased these packages.
